On July 20, 2012, on the basis of full technical exchanges (Technical Annex was signed on July 6, 2012) between Kaifeng DEAR air separation Industrial Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: DEAR air separation) and Shangu Group, both parties signed the supply contract of this set of air separation equipment under the principle of mutual benefit, friendly cooperation and building a set of air separation sample project.
The raw material air compressor of this set of equipment is manufactured by Shangu group, the oxygen turbine compressor is manufactured by Hangyang Group, and the nitrogen turbine compressor is manufactured by Saier of Jiaotong University, all of which are driven by steam turbine made by Shangu group. The technical indicators of this set of equipment are as follows:
Oxygen: 3500 nm3/H purity: 99.6% O2
Liquid oxygen: 1000 Nm3/H (converted into gas) 99.6% O2
Nitrogen: 70000 Nm3/h 99.999%N2
Liquid nitrogen: 500 Nm3/H (converted gas) ≤5ppm O2
Gas argon: 600 Nm3 /h ≤2 PPm O2≤3 PPm N2
Liquid Argon: 600 Nm3 /H (converted gas) ≤2 PPm O2≤3 PPm N2
The total cycle of this project is 13 months.
