In order to strictly implement the safety production policy of "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management", improve the safety awareness and safety quality of all the staff in the factory, and realize the dual standards of safety production and quality assurance. Organized and implemented by the human resources department, "the training on safe production of DEAR Airbus" was successfully held at fourteen o'clock P.M. on February 21, 2012 in the conference room of Kaifeng hotel. In this training, I was honored to invite Professor Su from the school of further education of Kaifeng University for training and guidance.
The training was highly valued by the senior leaders of the company, and general manager Yang, who mainly focused on production, came to the training venue in person. All production front-line staff and production management personnel participate on time. At the meeting, the learning atmosphere was strong and everyone was concentrated and recorded carefully. In the wonderful explanation of Professor Su, accompanied by bursts of applause, he mainly explained the concepts and features of production accidents and hidden dangers, and analyzed theoretical explanations such as accident occurrence mechanism and incentives. And compared and analyzed the current situation of safety production management at home and abroad, and put forward the basic pre-control management measures of accident hidden danger. In addition, as an old employee in the air separation industry, Mr. Wei made a more persuasive speech on the prevention and occurrence of safety accidents in combination with his own working experience, and put forward that safety responsibility is not one person's responsibility, it is the common responsibility of all the staff; everyone is required to improve safety awareness and supervise each other at all times, and must obey the rules and regulations to reduce and eliminate potential safety hazard.
Through this training, all the trainees understand the mechanism and causes of safety accidents, and master how to better prevent and reduce potential accidents and basic pre-control management measures. I understand that people have unsafe behaviors and things have unsafe factors; we should start from ourselves and strictly abide by rules and regulations to operate, and supervise and check the safety of goods, environment and tools, strengthen self safety awareness, and achieve safety production "safety awareness should be kept in mind all the time, and goods should be ensured safety all the time ".
