(1) In the box combination installation, the combined part of the clean air chamber should pay attention to.

(2) welding form must be the net air chamber around the welding of the sealing welding in small air separation unit(i.e. full welding), no intermittent welding.

(2) If the combination of gasket in the middle of the chamber is used, the bolts and nuts of the combination should be tightened. and sealed by injecting glass glue at the seam of the splice.

(3) When installing the filter box, the nuts at the end of the fixing bracket must be tightened and must not be loosened.

(4) After the installation of each box combination in small air separation unit, attention should be paid to check whether there is a carved bruise in the installation, if (4) After the installation of each box combination, attention should be paid to check whether there are any bruises in the installation, and if so, the primer and top coat should be applied in time.

(5) After installation, use a hoover or other apparatus to thoroughly clean up the debris, welding slag and dust in the gas chamber sink box (or gas collection box).

(6) Check that the maintenance manhole on each level is tightly covered and sealed.

When installing small air separation unit, Dear Air Separation checks the control program of the controller in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual, and check whether the differential pressure controller is connected to the controller, the action of the solenoid valve diaphragm and the signal connection of the DCS system. For areas with many thunderstorms, lightning protection and earthing measures must be installed.

The liquefaction of gases can be divided into forward and reverse cycles. The forward cycle process is the absorption of heat from the higher temperature external heat source and the release of heat to the lower temperature external heat source. The reverse cycle is when the mass draws heat from a lower temperature external heat source and releases it to a higher temperature external heat source. The forward cycle converts heat energy into mechanical energy and the reverse cycle converts mechani...

Distillation is using the different boiling points of the two substances to condense the mixed steam and vaporize the mixed liquid repeatedly to achieve gas separation. For a mixed liquid composed of two substances with different boiling points, when the heat absorption part evaporates, the volatile components will evaporate more, while the mixed steam will give off heat and partially condense, the non volatile components will condense more. If the saturated steam with higher temperature is mixed with the saturated liquid with lower temperature, the steam will release heat and partially condense, and the liquid will absorb heat part of it evaporates. If after a round of partial evaporation and partial condensation, the steam and liquid with higher concentration will contact with the steam and liquid with different temperature respectively, and then partial condensation and partial evaporation will occur again. This process will be repeated for many times, and finally gas separation
