Working principle of heat exchanger of air separation unit: the heat exchanger is the heat exchange structure between multiple streams in the air separation unit, which is multi-layer plate fin type. The material flow between adjacent channels is used for good heat exchange through fins. The compressed air which is adsorbed by molecular sieve to remove water and carbon dioxide is cooled, and the reflux gas (liquid) is heated to normal temperature here.
