High purity nitrogen air separation unit is one of the main products of DEAR air separation, which mostly adopts single (double) column positive flow and reflux expansion process. The characteristics of the positive flow expansion process are: low unit energy consumption, high extraction rate, and remarkable long-term operation economy; while the characteristics of the reflux expansion process are: high pressure of nitrogen product out of the column, no influence on purity, and low one-time investment of complete unit. DEAR air separation can design and manufacture new and variant high purity nitrogen air separation unit according to customer requirements.
