In the original installation, the coaxiality of the motor and the big gear was completely corrected according to the design requirements. Due to the large starting current of the unit and the large instantaneous torque, the motor has a sense of displacement. According to the air temperature, the radial and axial error is allowed to be less than 0 ± 02mm, we strictly follow. After the unit has been running for a period of time, it is obvious that there is no change in the axial direction, but the radial horizontal direction moves about 0.18-0.20 mm. This shows that the machine in the case of running out of tune after alignment, the vibration will be great.
The condensed water with corrosive gas in the air causes serious corrosion of rotor (especially grade 3-4), gas seal, diffuser, carbon steel air pipe and so on, resulting in air vortex vibration. The oxide in the pipeline was washed out, which resulted in sub balance and fierce vibration. As a result, the pipeline was forced to stop. This kind of accident has happened twice.
3. Frequent start-up and shut-down also affect the vibration of the unit. Due to objective conditions or mechanical failure, the rotor was forced to start and stop for many times in a year, which destroyed the balance of the rotor. When parking, the dust or other oxides accumulated on the rotor will fall off unevenly, damaging the balance of the rotor.
