Process flow of air separation unit: air separation unit, commonly known as oxygen generator, is a kind of unit working at low temperature. It uses low-temperature technology to liquefy and separate air to obtain oxygen, nitrogen and other rare gases. The commonly used method to obtain low temperature in industry is to obtain low temperature or even liquefy through the expansion refrigeration of throttle valve or expander. These two methods are based on gas expansion and have been applied in gas separation and liquefaction technology and gas refrigerator.
