Nitrogen is the main component of air. It is colorless, tasteless, nontoxic and nonflammable at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. Its boiling point is - 195.8 ℃, and its chemical property is not active. In addition to synthetic ammonia, nitrogen is widely used as protective gas in metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, food, medicine, electronics, magnetic materials, transportation, heat treatment, tire, thermoelectricity, aviation and other industries. The special PSA nitrogen equipment is used in the large nitrogen air separation plant in the petroleum and petrochemical industry. Chemical industry is the industry with the largest application of large nitrogen air separation plant. At present, PVC is widely used, with purity of 99.5% and large flow. Polypropylene (PE) has a purity of 99.9% and a large flow rate. The nitrogen application of this product is divided into two parts. One is that the activator and catalyst need 99.9% nitrogen (small amount) when filling and emptying.
